The Electric Process Heater is usually used to provide direct heating to the process. The heating elements are in direct contact with the process to heat up the cold inlet fluids, maximise the heat transfer by optimising baffle design while limiting pressure drop to the outlet nozzle.
Bath Heater is an indirect heating solution where tube bundles containing flowing process fluids such as natural gas or crude oil are heated through submergence in a heated medium.
For remote or standalone heating systems, we can offer a Heater Skid Package that is an independent unit on a skid frame that is mobile. They can be designed to electric or fired (burner) heaters with interconnected heater/control panel skids.
Fired heaters use the heat generated from fuel combustion to heat up process fluids contained in the coils of a heater vessel. A heater can be designed to a direct heating type where the process medium flowing in the heating coils is heated directly.
